The previous commenter brought up two of the most expensive resorts on the cape, but you can also seek out small b&bs, stay a bit cheaper in a chain hotel somewhere near Hyannis, or if your budget is super tight you could consider camping. Madison has the most attractive downtown in my opinion. Feel free to do one for the whole county, or the part of the county you live in. I'm sure it isn't nearly as nice as Chatham Hills would be, but I've been there a few times to eat with my friend who is a member and it was pretty nice there. Well positioned to travel into London or out to the coast.
