Currently have stores in KC metro, Council Bluffs and Sioux City. I worked in Old Mill from 1992-1999 and back then traffic flow during both rushes was really bad. GI is setting itself up for a lot of growth in the years to come. . It’s going to be interesting to see how this part of town continues to blossom as a hospitality district. So now that the "Blighted" designation has come full circle, did it even affect the neighborhood one bit?
